The cats love a new filter for their fountain

High maintenance

I love the product itself but it’s high maintenance.
The most frustrating part is that these are sold at pet shops but the shops aren’t supplied with the filters, adding to the annoyance factor.
I’ve been searching all pet shops for the filters for a month and now told they don’t sell them due to the supplier. Very disappointed by this.
