Shipping Policy Details

Aussie Pet Doors offers a reliable and affordable delivery service to all metro and regional locations within Australia including Tasmania.  At this time, we do not deliver internationally.  All orders that are $99 and over will receive FREE shipping in Metro Postcodes only.  Metro postcodes are decided and managed by our delivery partners and not by Aussie Pet Doors.  Any order outside the metro area may incur additional shipping fees. This will be determined by our shipping system and one of our team members may call you if higher fees apply.  (Please note that not all rural or regional areas will incur extra shipping fees.)

APD Crates are covered for a partial shipping cost only.  First $80 of the shipping cost will be covered under the FREE shipping metro. If the shipping to your designated address is over $80 the remainder will need to be paid by the purchaser.   One of our staff members will contact you if this is the case.

NT Regional – Extra $99

NT Darwin – Extra $50
SA Mount Gambier – Extra $50

Aussie Pet Doors use courier services to ship your order and therefore you must supply a street address as PO boxes are unable to be delivered to in most cases. As with most delivery services, the couriers that will deliver your order do not have a standard or set time of the day that goods are delivered. Your order will generally be delivered on Weekdays, but occasionally it happens that you will get a delivery on a Saturday as well. During your checkout process there will be a special delivery instruction comment box if you have any special requests. Please note: not all requests can be met, however we will attempt to ensure we provide the best service we can.

If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, they will typically leave a note or calling card. This calling card usually contains the details needed to contact the courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date.  If for any reason you do not contact them and/ or they are unable to contact you, the delivery may be returned to us.  If returned, we will contact you and either arrange another delivery (at an additional cost to you), or we will arrange a refund of the order value less any incurred delivery costs.
